- ISTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION OF MEGABASE4 -

   Let's see how to quick install Megabase4 without problem 

   (not like megabase3 !). You can download this page for see it offline.

1- Download Megabase4

1A- If you already have in your computer the GAMEBASE64 Front-end  you

      can go to the next point, if not YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL IT

      ON YOUR COMPUTER (is necessary for the runtimes)

2- Decompress the Megabase4 file in a directory 

     (for example in C:\Megabase)

3- At the end , you must have a directory tree like this :
    
   

4- Now the installation is complete, you can launch the front-end.
    
                                          HOW TO INSTALL A CONSOLE

   Let's see now how to configure Megabase for play with Lynx (for the other
   Console the process is the same, except for Amiga that now is not supported
   in this release) :    

1- Download the screenshot of Super Nes 

2- Extract the file and put the image files in the directory :
     C:\Megabase\console\lynx\screenshot

3- Download an emulator for Super Nes, for example Handy and put it in this directory
     C:\Megabase\console\lynx\emulato\Handy
     that you have created before.


                                          HOW TO INSTALL AN EMULATOR

1- For configure the emulator of a console you must launch the Config.

     Selectc a console (for example Lynx) and press the NEW button 

     (blu arrow on picture).
     

2- Now you can insert the name of emulator in the specific box and press
    the button with red arrow for select the EXE file of emu.

    When you have finish press Save.   

                                   EXAMPLE HOW TO INSTALL DOCUMENTS

     In Megabase is possible create a database of documents, for example text, 
     readme of emulator, html pages, Patch of game etc..
     In the Download Page there is the document section...
     See this example :

1- Download a  documents, for example the password of Chaos Engine game
    for Super Nes 

2- Go in the "Help" section of Megabase and click in the New Button (Blu circle)

3- Write the name of document into the texbox (Blu Arrow)

4- Go with mouse over the textbox of file (Red Arrow) and click, you will see
     the browser for select the file of document; Now push Save .
     For open a documet click on it 2 times.
